LCC Climate Change People’s Jury

December 2020. Four Tatham Parish Councillors attended a Zoom webinar hosted by Lancaster City Council, where members of the People’s Jury, set up following the City Council’s 2019 Climate Emergency declaration, reported on a long process of developing a series of recommendations to the City Council, which they summarised, before inviting comments and suggestions from those attending.
