September 2020. The Parish Council has signed up to Lancashire County Council’s Public Rights of Way Local Delivery Scheme. The scheme gives a grant of £500 towards minor maintenance work, and will enable to the Parish Council to carry out small repairs without having to wait for LCC. It is hoped that a small volunteer group can be created so that the grant can be applied mostly to buying materials and tools. Contact Cllr. Wilson for more information.
