February 2021. Four Tatham Parish Councillors attended a Zoom meeting hosted by Lancaster City Council. The aim of the session was to investigate ways of implementing the People’s Jury recommendations, set out at the previous meeting in December 2020. A short talk on the important role of food and diet, from production, through consumption, to food waste, was presented by Food Futures, followed by optional break-out sessions, which discussed action in the main areas which had been flagged up by the People’s Jury.
